Privacy
This page explains how Everyline handles personal data. Last updated October 2026.
When you contact us
If you fill in our form or email us, we use your name, clinic, email, phone number and website to reply, set up your receptionist and manage our relationship with you. We keep this while we work together and for up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Calls our receptionists answer
When we run a receptionist for a clinic, the clinic is the data controller and we act as its processor under a written data processing agreement. Callers are told calls may be recorded. Call recordings, transcripts and the details a caller gives are used only to pass their message to the clinic, and are kept for the period the clinic chooses.
Our demo line
Calls to our demo line are recorded and transcribed so we can show how the service works and improve it. If you ask the demo receptionist to email you, we use that email address to send the example and may follow up once about Everyline.
Who we share data with
We use trusted providers to run the service, including our voice AI and telephony providers, Google Workspace for email, Resend for website form email and Vercel for hosting. We never sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing michael@everyline.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
